1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

a. Physical Goods (e.g., electronics, accessories)

  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must accompany the returned item.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for return or refund.

b. Digital Services (e.g., web hosting, digital marketing, domain registration)

  • Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be issued once a service has commenced or been delivered.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation and before service delivery to be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a 10% administrative fee).

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-developed websites or applications once approved and delivered.

  • Downloaded or activated software licenses.

  • Services rendered in full or partial performance (e.g., SEO, paid ad campaigns).

  • Domains once registered or renewed (ICANN rules apply).

3. Return Process for Physical Goods

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@nilandi.com or call +260 974 205499 within the return window.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Securely package the item and include the RAN and original receipt.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • For partial service refunds, the refunded amount will reflect the unused portion of the service, less any setup or administrative fees.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If an identical item is unavailable, we will offer an item of equal value or a full refund.

6. Dispute Resolution
